I'm not under any illusion that 2021 will be better than 2020.

When I was 18, I watched 2,000+ people plunge from skyscrapers to their deaths on live television, and since then, the world's only gotten exponentially worse.

Focusing on what you can control is fantastic advice, though. Because most everything you can't control is tragic, traumatic and enraging.
