I don’t disagree with anything you just said. And, had I the time or ability to articulate it succinctly, I’d talk about how I think space and time are spherical instead of linear, that reality is at least four-dimensional, and that the interplay between systems causes space, time, and reality to ebb and flow, wax and wane. I’m still working on how to represent these concepts visually and verbally. You are correct: human civilization is extraordinarily complex, Durant’s work is exhaustively comprehensive, and this 14-minute read is merely an attempt to use an awl to lasso the infinite.
