Hey! I think you’re dead-on. Really smart phone strategy!
One of the reasons I didn’t cover sleep in this piece — people bring it up often — is because I really believe if you take care of what you put into your body, and the kind of light (natural, not phone) you get, and you work out regularly, is the sleep sorta takes care of itself. (At least I’ve found that to be true for me.)
It’s amazing how we use phones to feel less lonely but when we put the phones away we find we’re more lonely than ever. It’s an odd way that being always-on messes with our neurotransmitters.
