Here's the thing: I don't think white wines -- chardonnays, sauv blancs, pinot gris -- *taste* good!

Your sparklers -- Prosecco, Cava, Champagne, Crema, etc -- are delish and versatile AF.

So are dessert wines: late-harvest rieslings, vidals, ice wines, white ports.

I wasn't aware wine drinking was gendered, and I doubt this new knowledge will change my palate.
